Due to the intimate nature of our products, we offer a 30-day return window for items that are unworn, unwashed, and still in their original packaging with tags attached. Please note that for hygiene reasons, items that show signs of wear or have been removed from sealed packaging cannot be accepted.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging and include the printed return slip inside the box to ensure your refund is processed correctly.
Ship the Items
Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of starting the request.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the items for hygiene compliance, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
